I am having to move house, I've recently moved the business, I've recently started clearing my home office.
I came across this pamphlet of Desk Excersices. I used this when my legs and feet were particularly bad a few years ago. I still struggle but stretching helps and this full body awareness set makes it easier to forucus on the body as a whole and not just the area of pain.
So stop, breath and stretch. You don't even have to leave your desk!
