A stage production has many 'conversation streams'. The departments that produce a show all feed their activity and progress to the production office. Coordinating the activity and realising the final product, the show all takes place through the production office.

Any project, campaign or production must have a communications hub. Who in your team curates in real time? Its a role too often overlooked in marketing and PR. The media machine, especially film and TV have iceburg proportion support stuctures all condensing and distiling in to one central comand, one event horizon. Getting out the other side unscathered from an event is testiment to the expertise of your comms curator and event organiser. Digital and 'on the ground' organisation is too much for one. What is your approach?
